1. General Policy:
All purchases made on FundedTitan LLC (“FundedTitan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are considered final. By purchasing an evaluation challenge, you acknowledge and agree that the fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this Policy.
2. Refunds:
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances: Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same product. Technical Issues: If a payment error occurs and you do not receive access to your evaluation account. Refund for Successful Completion: In certain cases, upon passing the full evaluation and entering into a Trader Agreement, FundedTitan may refund the original evaluation fee (if such a benefit is specified in your Trader Agreement).
Refunds will not be issued for: Failure to pass an evaluation due to breach of trading rules. Customer errors (e.g., purchasing the wrong account size).Failure to use the purchased service.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
3. Account Resets:
FundedTitan provides the option to reset evaluation accounts at a discounted fee (~15% less than the original evaluation cost). Eligibility: Resets are available if you fail your evaluation account by breaching trading rules (e.g., daily/overall drawdown).Functionality: A reset will provide you with a new evaluation account under the same size and conditions as the original purchase. Limits: Each reset is considered a new purchase, and no refunds apply to reset fees. Non-Transferable: Resets cannot be transferred to another person or account type.
4. Discretionary Rights:
FundedTitan reserves the right to: Refuse or revoke a reset if fraudulent activity is suspected. Deny refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined above. Modify or discontinue the reset program at any time.
