1. Introduction:Welcome to FundedTitan LLC (“FundedTitan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, including participation in our evaluation programs and funded accounts (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Nature of Services:FundedTitan provides simulated trading evaluation programs. We do not provide brokerage services, investment advice, or access to live financial markets. Participation in any FundedTitan evaluation is for educational and assessment purposes only. Passing an evaluation may result in a contractual opportunity to manage a simulated account and share in profits under the terms of a Trader Agreement.
3. Eligibility:To access our Services, you must: Be at least 18 years of age. Complete registration and identity verification (KYC). Not be a resident of any restricted jurisdiction (see Restricted Countries page). Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
4. Registration & Accounts:You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to
support@fundedtitan.net.
5. Evaluation Programs:Fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Refund & Reset Policy. Evaluation programs are governed by specific rules and conditions, which are available on our “Our Rules” page. Violation of any rules (e.g., exceeding drawdown, unauthorized trading strategies, news trading where prohibited) results in termination of the evaluation.
6. Trader Agreement:If you successfully pass an evaluation, you may be offered a Trader Agreement. The Trader Agreement governs profit splits, payouts, and continued compliance with trading rules. FundedTitan reserves the right to withhold payouts if accounts are found to be in breach of rules or fraud is suspected.
7. Payments:Payments for evaluations are processed by approved third-party providers. FundedTitan does not store or process card details directly. Payouts to traders are processed within 24–48 hours (after initial 30-day waiting period and capped payout, as per Trader Agreement).
8. Intellectual Property:All website content, logos, designs, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of FundedTitan. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Risk Disclaimer:Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Our evaluation programs use simulated environments and do not guarantee future results. By participating, you acknowledge: You may lose your evaluation fee. Profitability in a simulated account does not guarantee profitability in a real account. FundedTitan is not liable for any financial decisions you make outside our platform.
10. AML & KYC Compliance:All participants must comply with our AML & KYC Policy. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any stage. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.
11. Termination:FundedTitan may suspend or terminate access to Services immediately if: You violate these Terms or program rules. Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected. Required by law or regulators.
No refunds will be provided in cases of termination due to violations.
12. Limitation of Liability:To the fullest extent permitted by law: FundedTitan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the evaluation fee paid by you.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
14. Amendments:FundedTitan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
